Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Proven capacity to work independently with initiative and common sense
  2. Maintain and update company databases
  3. Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  4. Ability to work under pressure
  5. Computer proficient: Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, E-mail, Internet, database management
  6. Data entry and issuance sales invoices
  7. Answer queries by employees and clients
  8. Update office policies as needed
  9. Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
  10. Book meeting rooms as required
  11. Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages)
  12. Arrange travel and accommodations
  13. Accuracy and attention to detail
  14. Effective Time/Schedule Management
  15. Teamwork and Support
  16. Organizational and multi-tasking skills

 

Requirements:

  1. At least 1 year experience
  2. High school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration are a plus
  3. Fluent in written and spoken English
  4. Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Administrator or similar role
  5. Solid knowledge of office procedures
  6. Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
  7. Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  8. Attention to detail
