Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure efficient coordination with the OCC to minimize any operation disruption.
- Ensure efficient coordination and control with the Part-145 Providers in-house and outstation to maintain the fleet in airworthy condition and offer the maximum of aircraft availability.
- Ensure that all the aircraft open defects are monitored and actioned within the recommended timeframe and to ensure that the Aircraft Deferred Defects and the Cabin Defer
- red Defects are kept to the minimum.
- Ensure an efficient management of the AOG situation with the appropriate technical advice and troubleshooting.
- Able to provide OCC with a realistic time estimation of the return to service in case of AOG situation.
- Able to contact and plan a third-party support and parts/tools sourcing in case of AOGs.
- Ensure efficient utilization of the MEL to minimize the schedule disruption.
- Ensure the compliance to the company policies and LYCAA requirements related to Part-M and Part-145. It is preferable to have a good understanding to EASA Part-M and EASA Part-145.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a B1 or B2 Engineer in the Line Maintenance with a valid license on the A320F types.
- Minimum 3 Years’ experience in the MCC environment.
- Very good communication skill
- Able to work under pressure
- Good English level.
- Good troubleshooting skill
- Good knowledge of the Part-M and Part-145 regulations.
