Backend Programmers

Backend programmers are required to work in ECOM LTD
We require that he has experience in the following points:

• Web API programming in C# and the ASP.NET CORE framework.
• Good knowledge of git source control.
• Very good English.
• Good experience in Test Driven Development.
• Good experience with databases and Concurrency control and how to build databases that guarantee excellent performance represented in Indexes and Partitioning and ensure that there are no race conditions.
• Good knowledge of Enterprise distributed systems.
• Building gRPC-style web software.
Skills not required, but good knowledge about:
• Very good knowledge of Docker Containers.
• Very good knowledge of Message Queues such as RabbitMQ and Azure Service Bus.
• Very good knowledge of how to implement Microservices Architecture.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Good knowledge of Event Sourcing and CQRS programming.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure services.
Skills not required, but may qualify you to lead a team:
• Excellent experience analyzing new development requirements.
• Excellent experience in how to distribute roles to the rest of the programmers and the division of tasks according to the competencies and skills of each programmer.
• Excellent knowledge of Agile and Kanban concepts.
• Excellent experience in communicating well with the rest of the team members and with the rest of the teams and departments on a regular basis.
• Willingness to provide extended working hours or to work outside working hours when necessary in times of emergency.
• Track team members and their productivity status continuously and evaluate them weekly and monthly.

work nature:
Remote work is provided that there is an electricity source and internet available throughout the day, and unless this condition is met, attendance must be made at the ECOM LTD workplace located in Novelyn.

Prepare for daily work inside the company’s headquarters in case the company decides to end the remote work system.
Working on building software from scratch on demand, and a few times we will ask the programmer to develop pre-built software.

Privileges:
• If the applicant needs training on the techniques used and mentioned above, he will be given a training period with a low salary (approximately 1,000 dinars) until the completion of the training period, and the completion of the training period is decided by the trainee and tested by his superior.
• The training period may take from one to 3 months, depending on the programmer’s skills.
• After the end of the training period, actual tasks will be given to the programmer, and his performance and speed in completing these tasks will be evaluated.
• The estimated salary of a programmer who has recently completed training: 2000 dinars at least.
• The estimated salary of a programmer who has work experience: 2500 to 3000 per month.
• Estimated salary of a programmer who has acquired work experience and has taken over as a team leader: 3000 to 3500 per month.
• As we mentioned earlier, the salary depends on the speed of completion of tasks and the quality of work according to the evaluation.
• One month’s paid leave each year.
• Work for 4 hours on Saturday, and 8 hours from Sunday to Thursday.
Contract type: Full time, Part time contract type is also available but without vacations and with half the salary of the Full time programmer.
