About the role

The Training Facilitator plays a key role in designing and delivering training programs, conducting interactive sessions, and providing guidance and support to ensure effective learning outcomes. This role will involve facilitating group discussions, delivering presentations, and creating a positive and engaging learning environment for participants.

Responsibilities

• Training Program Development: Overseeing the planning and designing of the curriculum that aligns with organizational goals.
• Creating Training Materials: Prepare training materials, including visually appealing slides, participant guides, and multimedia aids.
• Managing Logistics and Coordination: Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, equipment setup, and participant registrations.
• Training Facilitation: Facilitate training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques, such as presentations, and group activities.
• Participant Engagement: Foster an interactive and participatory training environment. Encourage participants to ask questions, share experiences, and contribute to discussions.
• Training Evaluation: Monitor and evaluate participant progress and learning outcomes during and after the training sessions.
• Maintaining Records: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including participant attendance, evaluation results, and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and confidently to diverse audiences.
• Strong facilitation skills, including the ability to guide group discussions, manage dynamics, and promote active participation.
• Proficiency in using training delivery tools and technologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training programs within established timelines.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing training requirements and learner needs.
• Ethical conduct and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data privacy.
