Executive training in HR office
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Executive Training to join our Human Resources team. As an Executive Training you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating executive training programs that align with our company’s vision, values, and goals. You will also work closely with senior leaders to identify their learning needs and provide coaching and feedback.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, education, or a related field.
A master’s degree or a certification in executive coaching is preferred.
At least two years of experience in executive training and development, preferably in the sector.
Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, instructional design, and evaluation methods.
Proficiency in using various learning technologies and platforms, such as e-learning, webinars, and simulations.
A high level of creativity, innovation, and initiative, with the ability to design and deliver customized and impactful executive training solutions.
