Telecommunications and information technology Holding company ( LPTIC ), it was founded in 2009 as the main international voice and data wholesale provider in Libya , and the international arm of LPTIC  where it manages the international network to accommodate the rapid increase in the local and regional demand in telecommunication services utilizing the unique position of Libya as a hub for Africa and its being close to Europe.
