Role: Brand Manager

Location: Field

Reporting Line: Head Of Operations

Reportees: Store Managers

Coordination: H.O Various Departments (Hr & Admin – Projects – Logistics – Marketing – It – Finance – W.H)

Role Objective: Efficient Stores Management To Achieve Sales Targets And Maintain Brand & Store Image And Develop Store Staff.

 

Area Of Resposibility:

 

Commercial:

  • Drive Sales To Achieve Sales Targets By Efficient Management To Store Managers / Sales Team And Applying Sales And Customer Service Technics.
  • Daily Replenishment From In Store Stock Room And From W.H When Needed.
  • Product Feedback (Best Sellers – Bad Sellers – Styles – Sizes – Colours – Prices ) To Improve Suitability Of Product For The Country/Stores
  • Division / Category Performance Feedback To Improve Space Management By Division / Category
  • Competitors Feedback
  • Applying By Weekly Commercial Calendar Including New Collection Launch And In Season Sales Campaigns

 

Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops And Md To Dicuss All Commercial Aspects To The Brand / Store / Commercial Calendar And Report Possible Challenges And Propose Opportunities To Improve.

 

 

Inventory Control:

  • Applying Company Processes For Stock Receiving And Transfers.
  • Efficient And Accurate Management For Stock Transfer In & Out And Both Gdn’s And Grn’s Accuracy.
  • Theft Control To Recude Shrinkage And Achieve Shrinkage Targets (Ensure All Stock Is Being Alarmed At All Times And Alarm Antenas Are Always Working + Cctv)
  • Supervise The Storing Process Of Alarms Tags In The Store And The W.H And Ensure Acuracy Of Those Inventory List In Coordination With Store Manager / W.H Manager
  • Maintain Manual Inventory For The Store
  • Stock Take For Stores Every 3 Months

 

  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops – Country Manager And Md To Report Inventory And Possible Challenges And Propose Opportunities To Improve.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Stores Retail Operations:

 

  • Vm & Marketing (With The Support Of Vm Team)
  • Maintain Store Image And Brand Standards In The Stores At All Times And Avoid Any Modifications Without Approval.
  • Commercial Vm Feedback To H.O.Ops To Improve Sales Performance And Sell Thru.
  • Prepare Byweekly Vm Presentation For Each Store And Share With H.O.Ops – Istanbul Office Vms & Md
  • Coordinate With Marketing Coordinator On All Campaign And Launching Required Materials And Also Supersive The Installation Of The Materials On Time And Confirm The Quality Of Used Materials And Be Involved And Responsible For The Storing Of All Marketing Materials And Other Marketing Materials Such As Shopping Bags – Mannequins In The W.H In Coordination With W.H Manager And Ensure Accuracy Of Inventory List Of Non-Merchandise Materials.

 

  • Weekly Meetings With Country Manager To Discuss Marketing Aspects And Report Possible Challenges.
  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops- Country Manager And Md To Discuss Vm&Marketing Aspects / Marketing Calendar By Brand And Propose Opportunities To Increase Sales And Sell Thru And All Shared Previous Feedback Reports And Report Possible Challenges

 

  • Hr
  • Apply Hr Policies And Prosedures And Ensure Company Policies Are Being Implemented.
  • Staff Selection For Recruitment And Management Of Staff Performance And Schedules And Continuous Training.
  • Staff Continuous Training On Customer Service
  • Ensure Staff Effeciency In Stores And Make Sure We Are Inline With Staff Buadget.

 

  • Weekly Meetings With Hr And Country Manager To Discuss Stores Requiremnts And Report Possible Challenges.
  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops- Country Manager And Md To Discuss Hr Aspects Related To Stores And Update Cuurrent Vacancies / Staffing Budget And Report Possible Challenges.

 

 

  • Stores Admin Maintaining proper And Accurate Filing System In The Stores And Store Back office Including: (Hard copies Or Soft Copies Whatever Is Applicable)

 

  • Store Monthly Target Sheet
  • Store Updated DSR
  • Daily Manager Checklist
  • Ops Store Visit Reports
  • Vm Store Visit Reports
  • Head office Memos
  • Financial Required Reports
  • Up-to-date Weekly Staff Schedules
  • Up-to-date Staff Attendance Sheets
  • Up-to-date Petty Cash Reports
  • All Feedback Reports
  • Up-to-date Store Inventory Manual Record

 

 

 

  • Communication

 

  • Efficient And Clear On Time Communication With H.O Various Departments.
  • Daily ( When Necessary ) / Weekly Meetings With Store Managers In The Store To Discuss Numbers And Possible Challenges.

 

  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops – Country Manager And Md To Discuss Performance All Related To Stores Across All Aspects And Propose Opportunities To Increase Sales And Improve Stores Status

 

 

 

  • It

 

  • To Ensure All In store It Equipment Are Working Properly And Avoid Any Damages Or Missing.
  • Weekly Meetings With It & Country Manager To Discuss Stores It Requirements And Possible Challenges

 

  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops- Country Manager And Md To Discuss Stores It Aspects And Stores It Need And Report Possible Challenges.

 

 

 

  • Maintenance

Continuous Follow Up With Project Department To Ensure The Stores Are Fully Maintained At All Times.

 

 

  • Reporting
  • Daily Update For DSR Report With Full Information With Accurate Numbers And Fixed Frequency.
  • Weekly / Monthly Sales Analysis Feedback
  • Weekly Product Feedback
  • Weekly Division / Category Performance Feedback
  • Weekly Competitors Feedback

 

  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops And Md To Discuss And Feedback On All Numbers And Performance And Propose Opportunities To Improve And Report Possible Challenges

 

 

 

 

Logistics:

  • Continuous Follow Up With Logistics Department On New Shipment Status And Expected Arrival To W.H
  • Weekly Meetings With Logistics Coordinator And Country Manager To Discuss Related Logistics Aspects To Stores And Report Possible Challenges.

 

  • Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops- Country Manager And Md To Discuss Logistics Aspects And Report Possible Challenges.

 

 

W.H:

– Continuous Follow Up With W.H Team On Shipment Receiving Status And Completing The GRN Process To Have The Stock Ready To Transfer To Stores ( Including W.H Visit To Oversee The Receiving Process And Pre Retailing Being Done According To Standards Including Pricing & Tagging )

– Daily Follow Up With W.H On Daily Replenishment Needs And Transfer From W.H To Stores

– Weekly Visits To W.H To Ensure Proper Storage Of All Merchandise And None Merchandise Items In The W.H

– Monthly Meetings With H.O.Ops – Country Manager And Md To Discuss W.H Performance And Services And All Related To Processes And Propose Opportunities To Improve Efficiency And Accuracy And Report Possible Challenges

 

 

Finance:

 

  • Applying Finance Department Policies And Procedures For The Stores At All Times For All Aspects Including:

 

  • Stores Opening And Closing And Related Daily Financial Reports.
  • Efficient And Accurate Management For Daily Cash Collection.
  • Petty Cash Management And Cost Control.

 

  • Continuous Follow Up And Communication With Finance Department On Stores Financial And Purchasing Needs Inline With Set Process.

 

  • Immediate Reporting Of Any Theft Incident Or Varience In Cash.

 

  • Weekly Meeting With Finance Mgr To Discuss All Financial Aspects Related To Stores And Report Possible Challenges And Propose Opportunities To Improve.

 

Monthly Meeting With Fm – H.O.Ops – Country Manager And Md To Discuss Financial Aspects. Related To Stores.
