COOPI

COOPI organizational structure consists of six Offices, all of which report to the Director: Control, Monitoring and Audit; Human Resources; Program Quality and Innovation; Administration and Finance; Philantrophy and Private Partnership; Individual Donors Fundraising. These are complemented by several functions, such as General Secretary, External Relations, Advocacy and Institutional Communication. The Area Managers of four geographical areas and two Regional Coordinators also report to the Director. In 2019, COOPI has established the Regional Coordination of Middle East, while the Regional Coordination for Latin America and the Caribbean has been created three years ago.
