Dale Carnegie® Libya was established in May 2009 to help addressing two main local business issues in the personal training and development field. Based on a study which we have conducted in association with the leading companies in many fields within Libya market, the two main issues are:

• Training based on a true know-how of adults’ specific pedagogy with an international network to guarantee the quality but also to give a real professional environment in the training.
• The training has to be delivered by local trainers to ensure a full awareness of our local culture and current business realities.

Training in Libya has seen exceptional growth over the last years, mainly in the foreign companies, whose demand for highly qualified and trained Libyan personnel created ambition between the Libyans to focus on self-development, thus people are searching for good quality training.
