Team for Training

Team for Training and Development was founded in 2009 and is one of Libya’s first training and development companies. We’ve been committed to strengthening organizations of all kinds, including national/multinational corporations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), the public sector, the private sector, and civil society  organizations (CSOs), all of which we regard and treat as strategic success partners. Our purpose is to provide training or consulting services that improve our clients’ efficacy and efficiency.

All of our programs are primarily focused on the development of appropriate capabilities that address employees’ performance gaps. Our consultative training approach is always geared toward helping our clients achieve their strategic goals. We focus on providing our clients with customized training solutions, realizing that each customer is different. We only hire experts with a wealth of experience.

For over a decade, we’ve trained over 6000 delegates from a variety of industries in Libya and the Middle East, oil and gas, banking, aviation, telecommunications, insurance, and governmental organizations. We are always researching, innovating, and developing services to meet the needs of our clients.

We began in Libya and then expanded to Turkey in 2017, with the goal of serving more markets and facilitating knowledge transfer across the Middle East.
