Job Overview
We are currently looking for ‘Communication and Visibility Service Provider (expert/company)’ to insure for us the following services:
- Produce an action plan for the media campaign with a clear timeline and deliverables based on the below tasks by the beginning of August 2021.
- Work with DRI to implement the media campaign based on key messaged and SMART objectives to measure the success of the campaign;
- Producing media outputs as follows:
- Electronic newsletter (bi-annual) (a total of 4 newsletters – every 6 months, starting with July 2021).
- Four podcasts (timeline will be defined based on action plan provided by the project team and agreed with the service provider).
- Three videos (2.5 min digital stories and or documentary style) – (timeline will be defined based on action plan provided by the project team and agreed with the service provider).
- Two motion graphic videos (timeline will be defined based on action plan provided by the project team and agreed with the service provider).
- Feature stories and testimonies (two to three stories on a quarterly basis starting from July 2021).
- Quality photos that can be used by the project in its promotional materials (throughout the 1.5 years).
- Electronic newsletter (bi-annual) (a total of 4 newsletters – every 6 months, starting with July 2021).
- Promote the outputs throughout the project life both online and offline using various media platforms such as social media (Facebook, Twitter .etc.), audio and visual media (radio, TV, etc.)
- Review of the Fa’ela project communication and visibility plan and give suggestions on how to make it more suitable for the Libyan audience by July 2021.
- Producing reports (in English UK) on reach and engagement on a quarterly basis from July 2021.
