Job description

Overview of position | – |
Role objectives | – Assist in conduction of the demand creation and risk communication and community engagement (DRCCE) activities on COVID-19 prevention and vaccines, combined with the distribution of IOM/NCDC standardized Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials, when appropriate. The topics may cover but not limited to the following components:
a) COVID-19 prevention measures (hand hygiene, physical distancing, respiratory etiquettes, self-isolation etc) b) Benefit of COVID-19 vaccines c) Addressing misperceptions (if any) and concerns about vaccines and vaccine administration process – Engage with the migrants (including migrant community leaders) and other influential personnel in the communities to inform the project activities and generate acceptance of the offered services. – Submit daily activity reports in line with the provided reporting template that includes qualitative information which is mandatory to be filled. – Plan, organize, and conduct meetings and workshops with the community leaders and municipalities when required. – Assist in the monitoring of the community engagement activities in coordination with the clinical supervisor and team members. – Undertake other related duties as assigned. |
