governments and migrants.

Context:
Under the overall supervision of the Finance & Budget officer, the direct supervision of the National Finance Officer, and in close coordination with the resource management unit in all locations, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks.
Core Functions / Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and handling the mission’s financial documents e- filing system thru PRISM-as well as the hardcopies filing.
- Scanning all the finance related documents once signed and posted in PRISM-and upload it in the system
- Assisting the finance team in settling and processing the travel expense claims and the operational & petty cash advances settlement submitted by the staff from the other units.
- Perform any other related duties maybe assigned
Required Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Accounting or a related field from an accredited academic institution with at least one year of relevant professional experience
- Or, high school degree with at least three years of relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and French;
- Previous experience in an international, humanitarian/development organization and/or in capacity building initiatives is an advantage;
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with colleagues from varied cultures and professional backgrounds and respect for diversity and gender equality;
- Strong Computer skills especially in Ms Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to pay close attention to details and work with minimal supervision
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively and harmoniously with a team of colleagues
- Time Management and planning for accounting cycles
- Able to set up internal record tracking
Languages
Fluency in English and Arabic is required
Working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an advantage
