JOB OVERVIEW

An international construction company is looking for an administrative officer for its new project in Tripoli.

We are looking for an administrative officer who will be resposible of administrative tasks. A successful Administrative Officer will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Managing office supplies and ordering new supplies as needed.
  • Directing company administrative staff(drivers, guards, etc)
  • Administering labor camp
  • Liasing with governmental instutions.
  • Assisting employees about all admin related subjects
  • Arranging transportation of the employees
  • Managing flight tickets
  • Preparing necessary reports

ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER REQUIREMENTS

Located in Tripoli

Libyan citizen

Fluent in English

Maximum 30 years old

Administration Skills

Sound Interpersonal Skills

Profiency in MS Excel and other softwares

Proven Experience as administrative officer

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong ethics and reliability
