The first direct manager is the departments of an administrative nature as the following department

Service management, GR Management, HR Management, IT Management, Security & Safety Management, Reception Management, Procurement Management.

Administrative Operations Manager Responsibilities

  • Responsibility for managing tasks over all departments responsible for, coordinating work between them, and distributing tasks pertaining to each department separately
  • Departmental management assessment and primary responsibility for its answer
  • Giving approvals and powers to affiliated departments according to the powers granted
  • Follow-up the progress of the work plan of these departments and evaluate the rate of implementation therein and the rate of reward
  • Discovering errors and shortcomings in the performance of departments and offering urgent solutions to solve them
  • Develop a risk management plan and follow it up
  • Submit the required reports on the work of the affiliated departments
  • Follow-up of all legal, commercial, external and internal procedures, procedures for renewal of licenses, permission to practice, taxes and special laws in this field.
  • Quality assurance departments and their main functions
  • Participate in setting work plans and ways to develop them, and supervise their implementation mechanism

 

Administrative Operations Manager Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Experience in a related field, such as management or financial reporting, preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
  • Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
  • English language.
  • Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Willingness to continue building skills through educational opportunities.
