A major oil operations company, among the subsidiaries of the National Oil Corporation, Libya, wishes to hire  Applications Development Engineer

LOCATION:                           Tripoli                                         Work Mode:    5 days /week 08:00 – 15:30            

OBJECTIVES OF JOB

Develop Companies internet and intranet site. Create and develop companies’ special applications.

Administer SharePoint sites in all aspects.

Build solutions that integrate apps and business processes to enhance productivity in Workplace.

Software license management.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updating the innovative design and layout of website
• Integrate data from various back-end services, databases, and department information
• Adapt and adjust the Intranet design and layout. Sketch the information architecture and create main topics for the site along with any subtopics
• Design and program companies’ specific applications and tools
• Design and create Forms, Power Apps and Power Automate
• Train media responsible members
• Train employees on specific Applications
• Share Point \ Teams administrator
• Ensures that legal agreements that come with procured software licenses are adhered to
• ensure that only legally procured licenses are deployed on the company’s systems
• Coordinate the management of all company’s licenses
• Maintain the Software licensing tool

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

• High diploma or higher certificate in Programming and software development
• Minimum of 5-year experience
• Intermediate\advanced English language

• Power Platform fundamentals in M365
• Supporting and working with Office365 Products
• Very good communication skills
• Very good writing skills
