The Assistant-CATI Research Manager will manage the Computer-Assisted Personal Interviews (CATI) research services including the following:

Research:

• Survey Design
  • Scripting and testing the questionnaire on the CATI system
  • Preparing and cleaning the phone numbers database to be used as the sample frame
• Data Collection
  • Manage a team of CATI researchers to meet the target number of interviews according to the sample design
  • Conduct quality control measures during data collection and after project completion
  • Manage other research projects using qualitative field research tools such as focus groups and in-depth interviews

IT Management:

• Managing and maintaining the center’s infrastructure including computer terminals, VOIP system, dialer, server and CATI system

Management:

• Recruit, train and manage team supervisors and CATI researchers
• Supervise team supervisors and CATI researchers
• Coordinate and work closely with managers of other research services such as the Qualitative Research Manager, and the Statistical Expert.
