Job Description for B2B Manager

B2B Sales Manager, who will be primarily responsible for attracting new business clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual that strives to make a difference

Principal duties and responsibilities-

  • Actively approach targeted business clients (telephone, email, social networks, events, etc.)
  • Search for new client leads.
  • Manage relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct market research (analyse competitors, efficiency of sales strategies, etc.)
  • Meet the given sales target and strive to exceed the same in due course.
  • Prepare quotations, order confirmations, correspondence to customers through phone, email & fax regarding the enquiries for projects. Issuing sales report and & collection report to head Office.
  • You will be responsible for profitability management of the product portfolio assigned to you.
  • Visit all customers to identify the requirements.
  • Submission of weekly reports to Management regarding business contacts, new customers & sales.
  • Follow up with customers for payments.
  • You will also be accountable for product and showroom activities.
  • Follow up on customer deliveries, repeat orders, etc
  • Any other assignment that may be assigned to you in line with your Portfolio.
