The British Council in Libya are seeking to contract a consultant/expert to act as a Communication and Visibility expert for Libya Al Maharat Project. The purpose of this assignment/consultancy is to provide technical assistance to the Project Management Team and its partners in the development and roll out of effective C&V tools, aligned with the mandatory EU Guidelines on C&V
