· Carry out the preparation of meals for staff on daily basis, take into account employee specific needs for meals considering |

their health conditions like Diabetes or Hypertension.
· Always follow all hygiene standards and security rules, Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen · Ensure meals to be served on time: set table before every meal and clean it up after each meal, ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served by dividing the meals into plates to ensure that all employees have lunch. · Control stock of food to ask for anything needed on time and prepare shopping list and make purchases if required (once or twice a week). · Ensure the provision of drinkable water during the day. · Ensure cleanliness of all facilities, utensils, and equipment. · Look after all equipment provided. · Keep an inventory of kitchen utensils and equipment, i.e. plates, glasses, cutlery, cookware, etc., and ensure its integrity. · Report all important information (lost, robbery, damages, deterioration, incident, etc.) to superior · Ensure all food and other items are stored properly. · Check quality of ingredients (including expiry date of products, and healthy, fresh fruits and vegetables). · Monitoring multiple food orders as new orders arrive, by taking new arrivals to the base into account while cooking lunch. In General, the Collaborator has to remain flexible and to perform any other duties as required for the good running of the mission NB: This job description may be subject to modifications in the future, depending on the evolution of the activities.
