Daily worker pool for MEDICAL LIAISON OFFICER / MEDICAL DOCTOR
Main Purpose

Main Accountabilities
§ Monitoring, supervising, and evaluating the process of referral of patients from the projects to Tripoli Health Facilities always integrating multidisciplinary approach including Medical, Mental Health and Protection
§ Ensure liaison with projects throughout the referral process including case management, discharge and or counter referral (i.e. TB cases) § Supervise the case management plan, follow-up of patients in close collaboration with the Health Facilities § Ensure appropriate medical follow up of patients (treatment, improvement) is granted § Ensure data collection update, referrals, TB data, etc. § Ensure proper implementation of Medical Legal Certificates related to the reffered patients when necessary § Conduct internal pathology and cost analysis and monitor the invoicing process |
Requirements
Education | Medical Doctor degree with valid Libya Quality Stamp |
Experience | Minimum 2 years Professional experience
Previous experience in NGOs and/or working with migrant’s population compulsory |
Languages | Excellent level of English and Arabic spoken and written, French is an asset |
Knowledge | Essential computer literacy (word, excel and internet) |
