A newly established shipping company is looking to hire a Documentation & Reporting Officer:

The Documentation & Reporting Officer will be Responsible for carrying out the following Tasks, & Duties:

Reporting and Document all needed tasks.
Review Bill of lading instruction and invoices and follows up if any amendments are required.
Issues customer main invoices based on the quotation
Issuing customer official receipts invoices based on actual receipts received from the suppliers
Prepares, reviews and sends original invoices to the customer..

Required Skills:
Effective technical skills.
Ability to work under pressure. Excellent problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills. Commercial awareness.
A diploma in marketing.
Years of Experience 2–3 years
