2. JOB PURPOSE: A brief but complete statement describing why the position exists |
– Support and implement IT systems/applications by applying standards and processes with a high degree of discipline and customer focus to meet business requirements.
– Participate building robust IT environment by Planning, coordinate installation, manage configuration, troubleshooting, customer assistance, customer training, documentation, proper communication , following up to assure meeting business goals. |

4. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES: Responsibilities for the position and the expected end result including tasks |
· Plan, coordinate, and review the work plan for ERP applications implementation and development.
· Responsible for gathering users requirements and mapping them onto ERP applications in the most efficient way maintaining best market practices and guaranteeing corporate standards. · Studying any new business requirement and so preparing, planning, designing and implementing it on the ERP application. · Conduct diagnostic investigations of program errors and implement or recommend solutions or methodologies for resolution. · Develop integration between ERP applications and other applications. · Prepare required documentation for business requirements, application setup, Issues log … etc. · Evaluating new applications software technologies. · Develop risk management procedures, business continuance scenarios, contingency and disaster recovery plans to maintain operations during downtime and/or major disasters. · Develop and implement policies and procedures for business continuance and disaster recovery plans. · Maintain the Budget for ERP department. · Identifies staff development and training needs. · Train and evaluate assigned staff and Prepare “User Manual Guides”. · Coordinates activities by scheduling work assignments and setting priorities. · Comply & participate in safety program, infection control and performance improvement activities. · Promotes active listening with team members and contributes appropriately to conversations. · Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings (Online and/or Onsite). |
5. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS: |
Minimum Experience:
· Bachelor degree in Information Technology or Computer Information Systems or equivalent. · Minimum 8 years of specialist technical experience, within ERP applications. · Minimum 2 complete end to end ERP implementation projects and software development and support life cycle. · Industry certifications in ERP Software. · PMP certification is a plus. · Automotive filed experience is a plus.
Knowledge of, and skill in applying: · Strong project management skills. · Experience in negotiation with third parties. · Strong team leading skills and team management experience · IT architecture, principles, methods, and practices in the assigned specialty area. · Strong business process analysis and optimization. · Technical documentation methods and procedures. · Strong knowledge of writing requirements specifications for Information Systems. · Systems security methods and procedures. · Customer service and customer support principles and methods. · Excellent Oral/Written Communication Skills & Arabic – English. · Must be willing to work flexible hours. · Strong interpersonal, global approach and overview skills. · Flexible attitude, ability to effectively priorities and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
