Secretary responsibilities include:
- Answering phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Managing the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and disseminating correspondence, memos and forms.
- Daily record-keeping and filing of documents.
- Answer and respond to emails, messages, and other correspondence, and insure back office support.
- professionally greet and receive guests and clients.
- Ensure efficient and effective administrative information and assistance
- problem solving any issues that the executive requires.
Requirements and skills
- Bachelor degree or equivalent in administration.
- Good English is a must.
- Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages ( Arabic – English ).
