Finance manager

We are Rigmar for oil & technical services  based in Tripoli – Ben Ashour, would like to hire finance manager, preferred to has experience in oil & gas field.

v  Finance Manager Job Description

Ø  Forecast monthly, quarterly and annual results.

Ø  Approve or reject budgets.

Ø  Conduct risk management.

Ø  Evaluate and decide on investments.

Ø  Supervise a team of Accountants.

Ø  Allocate resources and manage cash flows.

Ø  Conduct profit and cost analyses.

Ø  Develop secure procedures to maintain confidential information.

Ø  Ensure all accounting activities and internal audits comply with financial regulations.

Ø  Consult board members about funding options.

Ø  Recommend cost-reducing solutions.

Ø  Ensure recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted local accounting principles and financial reporting standards.

Ø  Perform monthly automatic revaluation for creditor accounts and quarterly revaluation for banks accounts. 

Ø  Analysis, book the petty cash, expenses claims.

Ø  Perform bank reconciliation for banks accounts.

Ø  Following, reconciling and prepare journal entries for link account. 

Ø  Participate in the monthly and year end closure (adjustments and corrections of wrong entries).

Ø  Review annual tax declaration for companies to check conformity with the accounts and good representation thereof to avoid any penalty. 

Ø  Issue any required report related to section activities.

Ø  Cooperation with external auditors to carry out annual external auditing.

Ø  Prepare the monthly and yearly indicators reports (KPI).

Ø  Prepare balance sheet annually.

Ø  Prepare the invoices.

v  Competencies required (skills, knowledge & abilities).

Ø  Good verbal & written communication

Ø  Proficient in Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ø  Good team working skills.

Ø  Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, accuracy.

Ø  Required competencies: Must be pro-active in collecting reliable data and aptitude to deal with others services.

v  Qualifications/ experience required

Ø  Education: Bachelor in Accounting, good spoken and written English language.

Ø  Professional experience: minimum 5 years in accounting preferably in the Oil Sector.
