Job Description

Planning, organizing, directing and managing all manufacturing and maintenance operations, effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities and materials to achieve the company’s objectives, working to ensure product standards through implementing manufacturing strategies and work plans, and working to reduce costs as needed, with the need to use modern and new technologies and train workers on them And contribute to the continuous improvement of the product to achieve the interests and objectives of the company.

Basic tasks

  1. Plan, organize and direct the manufacturing and maintenance process that ensures the most effective return on assets.
  2.  Preparing initiative plans and operations that reduce manufacturing costs and contribute to achieving the company’s interests.
  3.  Effective use of manpower, equipment, facilities, and materials, in order to achieve the planned return.
  4. Achieve production targets and schedules while ensuring product standards that will exceed customer expectations.
  5.  Work to reduce costs as needed and in a way that does not harm the interests and objectives of the company.
  6. Working on the use of advanced technologies to serve the work and the product.
  7. Work to improve the use of manpower inside the factory, and work to keep it stable in order to achieve the required return to achieve the interests of the company.
  8.  Work to establish management practices in all corners of the factory.
  9. Work to give confidence to workers and their participation in the construction, work and production processes.
  10. Preserving and encouraging individual skills and working to develop and develop them.
  11.  Full knowledge of the requirements of clients and customers through the Marketing Directorate of the group.
  12.  Constantly supervising equipment and devices to work on raising the factory’s production capacity and developing advanced plans to increase production according to quality standards.
  13. Approve purchase requests before submitting them to the Director General.
  14. Submitting reports and developing plans in cooperation with the factory team.
  15. Technical and administrative supervision of subordinates, follow-up evaluation of their performance and achievements, and review proposals for training programs that raise the level of their knowledge and develop their capabilities.

Job Requirements

  1. Bachelor degree in business administration with 5 years of experience.
  2. Preferably having experience in the field of food processing industries.
  3. High level of intelligence and honesty.
  4. Very high communication skills.
