We are Rigmar for oil & technical services based in Tripoli – Ben Ashour, would like to hire General Manager Assistant preferred to has experience in oil & gas field.
Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:
Cooperating with the General Manager, and assisting with anything from project planning to staff management.
Nurturing positive working relationships with staff.
Delegating daily tasks.
Addressing any issues in a timely fashion.
Supervising staff.
Ensuring company policies and procedures are followed.
Setting a good example for staff.
Coordinating of the general manager appointments.
Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
Attend meetings and keep minutes
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned.
Assistant General Manager Requirements:
Has experience more than 5 years in same field or related.
Degree in business administration or similar.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Good observation skills.
An ability to deliver constructive criticism.
Computer skills.
An ability to identify weaknesses and provide coaching where necessary.
Working hours: 08:30 AM to 03:30 PM
Contract duration: 12 months, renewable
