Position: Guards Tripoli – 2 Positions
Type of contract: Fixed term contract
Schedule: Full time employment
About the Job
The guard is responsible for the security of the CEFA facilities under the responsibility of the Logistic Officer.
Main Tasks:
Activities
1) Security of people
• Control and organize the entry and exit, the movement of people inside and outside the work site.
• Check the identity of visitors and inform the person in charge.
• Record all visitor and vehicle movements.
• Conduct crowd control as necessary.
• Immediately report any disruptions or problems.
• Immediately report any major event.
2) Security of premises and property
• Ensure security of site and equipment.
• Ensure the integrity of inventory and equipment at all times.
• Assist in the transportation of equipment during loading and unloading.
• Ensure the security of the premises: fences, gates, etc.
3) Maintenance
• Maintain the CEFA office grounds and fences.
• Perform logistical tasks as needed in conjunction with the logistics team.
4) Power and Fuel
• Keep fuel in a safe storage system and respect the “no smoking zone”.
• Check the generator regularly (oil, fuel, cap…).
• Start the generator by following the CEFA procedure.
• Record the date, time and consumption on the “Generator Guide” at each shift change.
5) Others
• Report any absence in advance and as soon as possible. Sign the service sheet daily.
• Act in accordance with the policies of the CEFA and its interests.

Due to the specific work for CEFA and based on the responsibilities outlined here, the guard is asked to remain available to the organization for any additional work-related duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a similar position.
• Good physical condition.
• Ability to demonstrate authority.
• Knowledge of the area.
• Flexibility required in terms of working hours and travel.
