Position	Health Project Manager (Project Manager)

supervision	Field Medical Doctors (2/3), Community Health Workers (10) and Outreach Volunteers (36)

Main Purpose of the position	The PM will ensure the operation of the project from start to finish, including initial project activities, planning, monthly interim and final reports, and implementation of facility outreach and support activities, reviews, and project closeout. He/she will provide medical guidance to the technical staff.
Hours of work	Sunday to Thursday, from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

The Project Manager, under the supervision of Helpcode’s Project Coordinator, and in collaboration with the Medical Coordinator regarding specific activities, is responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient day-to- day implementation of the

Oversees project activities and be the primary point of contact for field staff on technical aspects.
Provides support to physicians in the implementation of
Oversees the development and execution of project deliverables, project planning, action plans and monitoring
Ensures that planning, execution of activities, as well as reporting are in accordance with the policies and regulations of the donor
The Project Manager is directly responsible, along with the Project Coordinator, for the design, planning, implementation, and monitoring of CHWs activities and outreach campaigns, including the recruitment and training
In collaboration with the Project Coordinator and Medical Coordinator, develops and monitors measurable indicators and benchmarks or integrates/revises existing ones to be delivered to local users.

Is responsible for weekly data collection based on developed indicators
Drafts accurate narrative reports, in a timely
Distributes data to international platforms (Activity ..).
Submits activity reports, training meeting minutes and reporting of expenses incurred and previously approved by the Project Coordinator, on a bi-weekly
Ensures close collaboration and coordination with consortium partners (TDH- ODP) to ensure smooth implementation of activities and achievement of results as specified in grant
Participates in the implementation of the organization’s strategic plan through planning, and conducting HF assessments and reporting the
Participates in weekly meetings with the Project Coordinator and Medical
Prepares monthly daily work plan, monthly reports for
Collaborate in the preparation of interim and final reports
