Darnis Telecom & Technology is seeking to recruit an experienced HR & Administration Manager to join our growing team & to oversee all aspects of our HR operations and strategies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR compliance. The Human Resources Manager will play a crucial role in fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee engagement and retention.

Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and making hiring decisions.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and termination procedures.
- Implement performance management systems to monitor employee performance and development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonuses, and employee perks.
- Preparing monthly timesheets, vacation records.
- Ability to write & prepare official internal & outgoing letters.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports for management as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR management roles, with a proven supportive document.
- Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in using MS Office package.
