1. إعداد دليل وسياسات شؤون الموظفيين في الشركة وإجراءات تطبيقها.
2. يقوم بالإشراف على تنفيذ برامج الخطة التنفيذية للشركة ومتابعة تحديثها.
3. التخطيط وإعداد السياسات الخاصة باستقطاب وإدارة شؤون الموظفين في الشركة.
4. الإشراف على إدارة ملفات العاملين فيما يختص بالتعين والتدريب ومراقبة الدوام والمغادرات وترصيد الإجازات وإنهاء الخدمات .
5. العمل على وضع وتعديل وتطوير النظام الداخلي للشركة بالتعاون والتنسيق مع باقي الإدارات.

Job Overview
Position Title: HR Coordinator
Department: HR
The nature of the Job:
Completes administrative duties for the human resources department of an
organization. assists HR managers with recruitment, maintain employee records,
assist with payroll processing and provide administrative support to all employees.
Job Requirements:
1. Proven experience as an HR coordinator or
relevant human resources/administrative
position.
2. Knowledge of human resources processes
and best practices.
3. Exposure to Labor Law and employment
equity regulations.
4. Strong ability in using MS Office (MS
Excel and MS Powerpoint, in particular)
5. Experience with HR databases and HRIS
systems (e.g. Virtual Edge)
6. In-depth understanding of sourcing tools,
like resume databases and online
communities.
7. Familiarity with social media recruiting.
8. Outstanding communication and
interpersonal skills.
9. Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
10. Good organizational and time management
skills.
11. BSc/BA in Business Administration or relevant field; additional education in
Human Resource Management will be a plus.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Responding to internal and external HR
related inquiries or requests and provide
assistance.
2. Redirecting HR related calls or distribute
correspondence to the appropriate person
of the team.
3. Maintaining records of personnel-related
data in both paper and the database and
ensure all employment requirements are
met.
4. Liaise with other departments or functions
(payroll, benefits etc.)
5. Support the recruitment/hiring process
by sourcing candidates,
performing background checks, assisting in
shortlisting, issuing employment contracts
etc.
6. Assist supervisors in performance
management procedures.
7. Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events
etc. and maintain the team’s agenda.
8. Perform orientations, onboarding and
update records with new hires.
9. Produce and submit reports on general HR activities.
