Job Overview
Job Purpose: |
Leads human resources practices and objectives to provide an employee oriented, high performance culture that emphasizes empowerment, productivity, quality recruitment and ongoing development of workforce. |
Key Accountabilities: |
Typical duties included are, but not limited to: |
· Plan, organize and direct a wide range of training activities, to ensure the employees have the skills and knowledge to perform their jobs. |
· Oversee employment and recruitment of the station through maintaining relationships with universities and recruitment agencies to ensure recruitment of high caliber candidates. |
· Responsible for enhancing the communication between the management and the employees and ensured that all employees are informed of all information related to their jobs and rights. |
· Develop processes of employee retention and satisfaction. |
· Maintain knowledge of the legal recruitments and government regulations affecting human resources functions to ensure the labor laws. |
· Develop and improve company compensations and benefits. |
· Provide couching and counselling for all teams in the station. |
· Implement manpower plans to project employment needs. |
· Implement performance management to ensure training gaps and successions planning are identified and actioned. |
· Identify talent employees to ensure they participate programs to develop their skills and knowledge. |
· Upgrade the knowledge and capabilities of the HR caliper of his station. |
· Plan and set the training budget to ensure meeting training needs of the employees and the organization. |
· Implement the HR sustainability key performance indicators. |
· Ensure that HR strategies and objectives in his station are set, clear, communicated and implemented in coordination with the regional HR Manager. |

Basic / Job Requirement: |
· Bachelor degree in related fields. |
· English Proficiency. |
· Computer proficiency. |
· Five years of experience of HR and training. |
· Knowledge of local labor law. |
