We are looking to employ an HR Records assistant with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HR assistant is expected to be a conceptual thinker with superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize to a fast-paced environment.
Tasks and responsibilities:
1-S/he will assist in Organizing the HR files (Personal and general HR files) by Scanning and organizing all current and some terminated employees’ files from paper files to an electronic system.
2-S/he will Provide administrative support by entering, formatting, and printing information data as directed by the HR officer.
3- S/he will assist in updating all the employee information lists and tracking tools.
4- S/he will scan documents and prepare files for archival.
5- Experience and technical competencies:
• Experience in working with Non-Governmental Organizations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
