Position Title: HR Specialist

Reporting To: HR Supervisor

Work location: Tripoli-Libya

At AlwadiComs we are looking for a highly motivated, independent, and organized individual to join our team for a full-time position 

The functions included in this job are as follows, but not limited to 

Roles & Responsibilities :

Recruiting:

  • Suggest proper media for approaching the right caliber candidates
  • Follow up and coordinate with recruitment channels
  • Coordinate with universities, colleges, events in relation to targeted hires and places to advertise job openings
  • Proactive coordination with departments for second interviews
  • Provide weekly update reports on recruitment progress
  • Required to lead payroll system and other administrative and duties related to the HR department

Training:

  • Develop a schedule to assess training needs
  • Conduct employee surveys and interviews
  • Consult with managers and leadership
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Communicate training needs and online resources
  • Arrange training program, initiatives, and materials
  • Test and review created materials
  • Maintain a database of all training materials
  • Develop and conduct employee training and onboarding
  • Review employee performance and learning.

Engagement:

  • Oversee onboarding for new employees and ensuring an outstanding onboarding experience
  • Implement and contribute to HR initiatives and improve processes
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Provide consistent support to our colleagues, answering employee and manager questions about people initiatives, policies, benefits, and any other people-related items
  • Develop company engagement by coordinating and implementing engagement programs initiatives and team-building activities

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related field
  • 2 years or above work experience in the same field or a similar field (i.e. admin)
  • Good command of the English language is a must
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Should have the initiative to carry out tasks independently
