Job Description

This position will be a managerial position.  The person in charge will be responsible for all the employees of the company.  The responsibilities will be the following:

  1. Listening to employees issues and needs, and provide them with solutions that meets the companies goals and overall success.
  2. Specify the job description of all the staff, and defining their duties and responsibilities, and provide incentives to ensure high productivity and creativity.
  3. Hiring and firing employees, giving bounce and deductions based on work progress and work load.
  4. Provide or arrange adequate training for employees in all of the departments.
  5. Maintain good company culture and boost the positivity within the team.
  6. Ensure equality and justice among the employees and separate personal issues from the work environment.
  7. Create performance measurement metrics for every position in the company and set goals for continues improvement.
  8. Arrange and follow up all the legal requirements of all the employees.

Job Requirements

This position requires the following:

  1. Previous experience in dealing with people in work environment
  2. Very good listening and understanding skills
  3. The person must have very good personality and must be very influential
  4. Good communication written and spoken
  5. Honesty and loyalty are of top priority.
  6. Ability to commute to all company locations.
