Specialist in inventory for all activities in Zallaf warehouses related to purchasing, receiving, re-ordering, level of reordering of material quantities, annual stock and report.

Job requirements:

  • High diploma in material management or any relevent.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the field.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Working knowledge of word processor, database (SAP or any relevant system) and spreadsheet software.
  • Good Command in English Language (Verbal / Written).

Job Description:

  •   Provide daily support to designated sites to ensure optimum stock coverage.
  •  Assist with monthly stock counts and settlement. Control flows of drilling materials and supplies.
  • Work with the Supply Chain Management to ensure that policies and procedures are followed and enforced regarding stock management best practices.
  • Reporting to management and providing advice on process improvements.
  •  Assist the inventory management team in implementing strategies to maintain inventory at levels that meet the inventory turnover and service level objectives.
  •  Training of less experienced inventory workers.
  •       Collect inventory reports.
  •       Address any problems, obstacles or challenges.
  •    Predict future stock requirements.
  •      Participate in the improvement process and it implementation.
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and the safety of colleagues at all times.
