Job Description
- Providing onsite and remote support to end users.
- Logging and tracking support tickets and incidents.
- Maintaining best practices in IT operations and service desk, including incidents, problems, and access management.
- Following up with incidents and issues until user satisfaction is achieved.
Building and administrating an IT knowledge-based library. - Installing and configuring VPN clients according to customer policies and procedures.
Patching servers and updating operating systems and applications. - Providing outstanding phone, email, and web chat-based technical and account services support to customers.
- Preparing and submitting incident reports to direct manager.
- Managing user accounts according to internal onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Collaborating with the applications team to provide necessary support for business applications and Microsoft Windows (Operating System – Windows).
The Successful Applicant
- Preferably a Microsoft Certified Professional.
- Should have at least 2+ years of experience in IT operations and service desk.
- Experience with Microsoft servers, SQL servers, and Active Directory.
- Knowledge in Cisco networks and firewalls.
- Good knowledge in Office365 and Azure portal.
