Position Title: Junior Telecommunications Engineer

Reporting to: Project Manager

Job Requirements:

• BSc in Electronic/Telecommunication engineering/ mechanical engineering/ computer engineering or equivalent.
• Advanced English level “Speaking and Writing”.
• Solid telecom knowledge, especially in wireless communications e.g. GSM/WCDMA/LTE/5G.
• Good communication, IT, and computer skills.
• Desire to self-develop.

Job description:

• Perform site surveys, engineering analysis, and planning studies required to complete a successful Roll-Out
• Install and setup Telecom equipment (Software and Hardware) in the sites
• Perform the commissioning, configuration, integration pre-testing and testing of Telecom including LTE/5G
• Perform configuration / presetting / testing / software upgrade.
• Report the task completion, work progress, problems, incidents, end user feedback.
• Installation of different type of telecom equipment such as Ericsson/ Huawei / ZTE / Nokia
• Prepare and determine material take-off /BOQ/BOM and equipment/material selection.

Working Conditions:

• Physical ability to work on field
• Physical ability to work at height
• Able to work under pressure, long working hours, and in emergencies, as well as on-call duty.
• Shall work in any place of the country as and when required.
