As a Junior Strategy and Development Officer (JSDO), you will have the unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and tasks that span across the strategic landscape. Responsibilities:

• Dive into the world of corporate strategy and development, assisting in the formulation and execution of organization strategies that drive our organization’s growth and success.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct market analysis, competitive intelligence, and identify emerging opportunities that will shape our future.
• Engage in strategic projects that vary in nature, from optimizing existing operations to exploring new markets and disruptive ideas.
• Embrace a continuous learning mindset, staying up to date with industry trends, best practices, methodology/frameworks, and cutting-edge technologies.
• Analyze complex information, extract meaningful insights, and present your findings in a clear and compelling manner.
• Contribute to the development of strategic initiatives, providing your unique perspective and creative ideas.
• Collaborate with colleagues, fostering a culture of teamwork, open communication, and shared success.

Qualifications: (a must have !!!)

• Minimum one-year (1) experience in a job that required your daily attendance.
• An advance English command in verbal and written communication.
• Advanced literacy with MS office.
