Overview / Responsibilities

Contango is currently recruiting, LATHE MACHINE Mechanic to work in our Tripoli Valves repair Center for repair/ Overhaul Compressor valves and process Valves

Candidates should possess the following qualifications & Responsibilities

• Should be familiar with Lathe Machine Operation
• Should have the knowledge of machine drawings, fits and tolerances.
• Should be familiar with Boring, drilling, reaming, threading and tapping (both CGS & SI systems)
• Should have knowledge of Material.
• Should have Knowledge of other machineries.
• Preparation of tools for machining.
• Should have worked in reputed Machine Shop / Work Shop.
• Should meet all safety requirements while performing the work.
• Travelling offshore/ Onshore as required.
• Shall have minimum elementary level of English.
• Shall travel overseas for training.
• Grantee to work with company a least 3 years after Local l/ Overseas training programs
