Position Brief :
You will provide administrative and legal support to the board of directors and manages all the documentary matters pertaining to board members.
#QUALIFICATIONS:
– BSc in LAW or equivalent.
– Advanced level of English.
#SKILLS:
- Ability to do legal researches and analysis.
- A high level of professional ethics and integrity in dealing.
- Effective communication and positive interaction with others.
- The ability to work in a team spirit.
- Excellent computer skills.
- Preparing and writing reports and meeting minutes.
- Fluency in reading and writing English.
- Proficiency in negotiation.
- Managing and organizing time and priorities.
- Problem solving and decisions making.
- Events Management.
