Position Title: Legal Administrator

Job Vacancy Reference Number: RRF2101

Reporting to: The Chairman of Board of Directors

 

Position Brief :
You will provide administrative and legal support to the board of directors and manages all the documentary matters pertaining to board members.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Support in the preparation and provision of all organizational administrative and office services at a high level of accuracy and professionalism.
  • Managing, organizing, and archiving all files, documents, and records of the Board of Directors.
  • Providing legal advice and support in the areas of commercial law, labor law, and others, to the extent requested by the board of directors and all departments of the company.
  • Legal assistance in preparing, drafting, and reviewing contracts, terms, and conditions to the extent required by the Board of Directors.
  • Inform the members of the Board of Directors of any changes in legislation or laws related to work and contractual relations, in order to ensure that the internal systems of the company are updated.
  • And any other task assigned.

#QUALIFICATIONS:
– BSc in LAW or equivalent.
– Advanced level of English.

#SKILLS:

  • Ability to do legal researches and analysis.
  • A high level of professional ethics and integrity in dealing.
  • Effective communication and positive interaction with others.
  • The ability to work in a team spirit.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Preparing and writing reports and meeting minutes.
  • Fluency in reading and writing English.
  • Proficiency in negotiation.
  • Managing and organizing time and priorities.
  • Problem solving and decisions making.
  • Events Management.
