JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma and any related
- Driving License.
- At least 10 years of experience in local procurement and dealing with the local market.
- English language: very good – excellent.
- Dealing well with programs (MS Word).
- Effective communication skills and delivery of information to specialists and non-specialists.
- Negotiation skills and dealing with suppliers professionally.
- The ability to accomplish and perform more than one job at the same time without confusion.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Follow the job hierarchy and administrative hierarchy.
- Executing plans and operational programs for purchasing management.
- Executing the purchase orders received by him, as well as all work orders within the limits of his work.
- Suggesting improvement, remedial and preventive measures that will improve work performance.
- Execute all tasks required by the Procurement Coordinator within the limits of work in the Procurement Department.
- Submitting a weekly report to the Purchasing Manager to indicate what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with a statement of the reason.
- All of the above must be done in accordance with the official procedure approved by the Purchasing Department.
- Ensures procurement and delivery of as per purchase order with required materials in a timely manner at the appropriate price to the incumbent’s requirements.
