Duties & Responsibilities:
- Planning, Implementing, follow up marketing strategies.
- Arranging with Alfa`s suppliers to ensure the proper alignment with Alfa’s Strategy
- Develops, implements, and analyzes the various marketing strategies and media campaigns used in the market.
- Overseeing the implementation of the marketing strategy.
- Analyzing the effectiveness of the strategies and rectifying the variances, if any
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals.
- Handling the Marketing Intelligence for competitors.
- identifying new market segments.
- Participation in trade shows and conferences.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.
- Oversee and approve marketing material of all sorts.
- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly.
- Supervise the production of valuable and engaging content for website and social media pages.
- Responsible for the product introduction and the management of the product life cycle.
- To create a team of marketing-supporting countries represented by Alfa Healthcare and oversee the marketing activities to help the company achieve its marketing goals.
- To create and manage marketing plans so that they can deliver marketing campaigns on time.
- To revamp the marketing strategies of Alfa to the best fit aligning with the corporate marketing strategies for the current and future principals.
- To speed up with the current online digital marketing requirements.

- To Analyze customers and competitors.
- Manage trade creative, sales creative, customer-specific creative, digital creative, and briefings.

- Knowledge & Skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent skill with MS especially Excel. is highly desirable.
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks and make decisions
- Analyze financial records, plan, and follow a budget.
- Show creative problem-solving.
- Strong organizational and time management discipline.
- Perfect written/spoken Arabic & English.
