Specialized in providing high-quality engineering services which include plans and design of all kinds, management, and supervision of projects in all fields about their need for a marketing manager and met the following requirements: –

 

Overall  job target:

Planning, directing, coordinating, and controlling the marketing activities of the company’s services and products by carrying out the following duties and responsibilities either individually or from subordinates.

  • Setting marketing objectives to ensure a marketing share and appropriate profits.
  • Develop and implement marketing plans and programs in the short and long term to ensure an appropriate growth rate in the company’s profits
  • Research and analysis of various financial, technological, and demographic factors to obtain marketing opportunities and minimize competition.
  • Putting a position on advertising and promotion activities.
  • Contact external advertising agencies to carry out advertising campaigns.
  • Follow-up with the media, journalist, and technician to prepare designs and editorial materials related to promotional activities.
  • Develop a pricing strategy aimed at achieving the largest long-term market share.
  • Achieving the highest profit rate compared to the standards set.
  • Ensure effective control over marketing activities and the Federation of Corrective Action, which ensures that marketing objectives are achieved following the plan established.
  • Assess market reactions to advertising programs and review changing marketing and competitive strategies.
  • Make recommendations on reviewing the structure and organization of marketing teams to ensure that the goals are achieved.
  • Conduct marketing studies on both existing and new products.
  • Reporting and processing of marketing activities.

 

Supervisory Responsibilities :

  • The Marketing Manager supervises the employees in the marketing department, and the manager is responsible for directing, coordinating, and controlling the marketing activity within his unit, and he must perform his supervisory duties in light of the company’s business policies and rules.
  • One of his most important responsibilities is to train staff in cooperation with the Department of Human Resources, in addition to assessing their performance, awarding rewards, signing sanctions, researching, and seeking to resolve staff complaints.

Required time limits :

  • The applicant must perform each of the previous duties in a sick manner.
  • A university degree in business administration or its equivalent, a period of experience ranging from 4 to 10 years, an appropriate level of training, or a combination of the level of education and the number of years of experience.
  • Can read, analyze, and interpret some articles in specialized scientific and technical journals, and the skill of reporting.
  • To have the ability to deal with customer objections, in addition to the reporting skill of senior management, public opinion, and the Board of Directors.
  • The ability to use mathematical and statistical methods and conduct tests such as honesty, stability, repetitive distribution, variability analysis, correlation methods, and other statistical methods used to measure and analyze customer trends and opinions.
  • Computer skills.
  • Acceptable English Language level
