About the Role: Marketing Specialist

The Marketing Specialist at Legacy Marketing & PR will play a critical role in managing and
executing our marketing strategies. This role involves overseeing aspects of marketing for
both Legacy and our clients, including strategy development, campaign execution, website
management, and performance analysis. The ideal candidate will be a creative yet analytical
thinker with an understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels, able to work
both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution:
● Manage and coordinate the overall marketing strategy for Legacy Marketing & PR,
ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
● Develop and implement a succinct marketing strategy and plan, setting KPIs and
target goals to measure success.
● Oversee the management and continuous improvement of Legacy’s website and
client websites, from initial development through ongoing updates.
● Collaborate with the team to implement events and activities that align with our
marketing strategy and goals.
Client Marketing Support:
● Contribute to the development of marketing strategies and plans for Legacy’s
clients, tailored to their specific needs and market conditions.
● Assist in conducting market research to assess the viability of current and potential
strategies.
● Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for new campaigns and
strategies.
Website Marketing Management:
● Take lead on website development projects for Legacy and its clients, ensuring
brand consistency across design and content writing.
● Conduct testing to guarantee functionality and user experience of the website.
● Provide continual management support of the websites with technical updates on a
regular basis for technical updates and content updates as needed.
Campaign and Content Management:
● Execute marketing campaigns across various platforms and channels as needed,
ensuring consistency with brand messaging and company goals.
● Act in a supervisory role to ensure campaign and content calendars are adhered to
and meeting client expectations.
● Coordinate with the team to support campaign execution and provide necessary
resources.
Performance Analysis and Optimization:
● Gather and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts,
identifying areas for improvement.
● Assist in preparing monthly reports for clients on marketing performance with
insights and recommendations based on analysis.
● Generate new ideas to enhance brand marketing and exposure based on
performance metrics.

Key Skills:
● Proficiency in English and Arabic.
● Deep understanding of traditional and emerging marketing channels.
● Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
● Creative and innovative thinking to develop unique marketing strategies.
● Strong professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality.
● Analytical skills to forecast trends, identify challenges, and measure campaign
success.
● Familiarity with the latest marketing trends, technologies, and methodologies.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
