Position Purpose |
Design and coordinate marketing strategies, service portfolio mix, positioning, pricing and promotion and develop tailored communication plan and budget. Support CCO on function related activities and decisions collaborating across organizational units. | |||||||

1. Direct the employees within the Marketing Strategy unit, coordinate their tasks and continuously evaluate their performance and follow up on mismatches; 2. Define sophisticated partnerships and…. 3. Approve product/service strategies; 4. Conduct technical marketing activities to identify potential new products/services to be Approved , 5. Approve marketing strategies and plans, segmentation, service portfolio mix, positioning, pricing and promotion strategies; 6. Authorize optimal marketing channel /media type by product / service and customer segment; 7. Develop communication strategy and budget; 8. Approve the communication plan for each product and service; 9. Approve and supervise customer retention and loyalty programs; 10. Define and manage new product brands and disseminate internally; 11. Direct the development of an effective Commercial unit driving customer focus, overall performance and support to the regions, and contribute to defining and implementing clear KPIs and documented processes, policies and procedures.

Minimum Requirements | ||||||||
Education: | · Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Economics , Engineering or similar Business fields; MBA or Masters Degree in Business related fields. | |||||||
Work experience: | · 5+ Years of work experience of which at least 3+ Years at manager level in commercial fields;
· Experience in developing the advertisement and promotion themes in alignment with the marketing strategy; · Experience in developing and innovate new products and services. · Experience in Libya; · Exposure to international business is a plus. |

Knowledge & Functional/Technical Skills: | · Expert knowledge about issues of customer churn, acquisition and retention of customers especially high net worth customers;
· Expert knowledge in the marketing planning and performance and pricing strategies; · Expert knowledge in the marketing research & analysis and customer excellence; · Advanced reporting and presentation skills; · Expert business analytics skills; · Ability to lead customer segmentation initiatives and create appropriate themes that are relevant to the segmentation; · Advanced knowledge of Technology and Fintech ; · Advanced project management skills; · Advanced business analytics skills; · Advanced sales skills and techniques; · Expert negotiations skills; · Fluency in English language required, Arabic language preferred. |
