Job Description
The MEAL Supervisor will contribute to overseeing the program’s monitoring and evaluation (M&E) activities, analysing M&E outputs, contributing to the design of program monitoring tools, and providing technical support to the MEAL team. In addition to these core tasks, the MEAL Supervisor will lead monthly project reporting support to the programs. The MEAL Supervisor will also manage M&E field activity implementation, including supervising the MEAL team and building their capacity accordingly.
The MEAL Supervisor will work within the framework of the entire Cesvi Libya intervention, perform M&E related tasks for all projects currently implemented, and partner with all project managers and focal points in the field.

Job Requirements
- Excellent English and Arabic language skills are essential.
- Minimum three (3) years’ MEAL related experience with an NGO in a humanitarian/development context, ideally in protection, GBV, or cash/voucher transfer programmes
- Previous experience in developing and implementing assessments using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- Excellent understanding of qualitative/quantitative indicators, including the development of tools for both types of indicators
- Strong written and communication skills are required, including report development, writing, and editing.
- Demonstrated attention to detail, ability to follow procedures, meet deadlines and work independently and cooperatively with team members.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and data collection software such as Open Data Kit (ODK)/ONA/Kobo
- Demonstrated experience designing study databases, including conducting data quality checks and drafting data collection monitoring reports.
