JOB DESCRIPTION
Actively participate in preparation of an annual objectives & market plan for Medical Laboratory Department.

Align Medical Laboratory Department Objectives with Management on a quarterly basis.

Manage the Medical Laboratory Team activities in line with ongoing sales leads, installations, and other objectives including training, and customer development plan.

Business Development thru market segregation, targeting and territory coverage to create a wider installation base & coverage plan for all major institutions.

Supervise the Upload all ongoing activities on the IT system to track opportunities & competitors.
Continuously visit all key customers to support their Equipment requirements, training requirements and resolve any issues that may impede Alemad growth aspirations.

Lead Annual TEAM KPI assessment, performance, development plan for each Team member.

Conditions 5-10 years work experience as Supervisor or Manager Qualification: B Sc or M Sc in related field Professional References required Base salary will be according to Candidate fit & expertise Sales Commissions included on new business upon completion of probation period.
