We seek a professional and dedicated Employee Nursery Caregiver/Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our employee nursery. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and a commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for our employees’ children.

Responsibilities
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the childcare facility.
- Ensuring that the children are properly cared for and supervised.
- Planning and implementing activities that are developmentally appropriate for the children.
- Managing and supervising staff.
- Request the financial budget for child care facilities and any requirements for the nursery from the beginning of the month.
- Providing guidance and support to staff to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
- Observing and evaluating the children’s development and progress, and providing feedback to parents and staff.
- Responsible for all administrative duties associated with the nursery, such as maintaining children’s records, ordering equipment, maintaining inventories and keeping personnel records.
- Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.
- Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
- Ensure that all children attending the nursery receive rich and stimulating experiences appropriate to their age and stage of development.
- Create and maintain a culture of self-evaluation and reflective practice throughout the nursery.
- Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by line management.
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the employee nursery and ensuring the safety and well-being of the children at all times and adress any issue that may arise.
- Providing care for the children, including feeding, diapering, and supervising playtime.
- Coordinating with employees to ensure a smooth and consistent schedule for the use of the nursery.
- Collaborating with other staff members to ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of the nursery.
- Enforcing strict safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the protection of the children.
- Keeping accurate records of the children’s attendance, meals, and activities
- Maintaining a positive and professional relationship with parents and employees.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- First Aid Training recommended.
- At least two years of experience working with children in a professional setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must pass a background check

- Contract duration: Fixed-Term Appointment (FTA).
- Working hours: 8 hours daily, including lunch / 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
- Probation period: 1-3 Months.
- Salary/benefits: According to the Libyan Spider Salary Scale.
- Duty station: Tripoli.
