Location: Tripoli Libya

Start Date:  as soon as possible

Working Hours: 08:00 am to 04:30 pm (Sunday to Thursday) 

Work Place: Nofleen-Tripoli

Salary: depending of experience.

 

 

 

Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Perform Office Administration Activities (Call Answer, Letter preparation, Documentation & filing, Stationary management, office management) .
  • Perform all communication related to office management
  • Perform client contact and manage client database and updated.
  • Manage all logistic related to any projects.
  • Prepare and schedule meeting with clients and visitor.
  • Help with visa and ticket issuing as well as hotel booking.
  • Follow up with management activities
  • Supervision of office utilities

Requirements

  • Relevant degree of equivalent with sufficient experience with min 3 years.
  • Having experience in office management and assistance.
  • Sales and Marketing skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and facilitation skills- both enthusiastic and energetic
  • Analytical thinking, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent Organization skills
  • Self starter and team player
  • English Language ability (speaking & writing)
  • Computer skills (Microsoft Office including Project Management)
